Mr. Scott is an original founder and has been a full partner of Cenova since its formation in 2004. In addition to being President, Harry has become the face of the company with his primary focus placed on leading its business development, customer relationships and marketing efforts. During his time as President Cenova has enjoyed continued expansion and an ever-increasing market prominence.

Prior to the formation of Cenova, Harry was the owner of HLS Services, a localized provider of snow and ice management services. Additionally, he developed and managed a large and diverse real estate portfolio.

William Blum

Mr. Blum is an original founder and has been a full partner of Cenova since its formation in 2004. In his role as the organizations Vice President Bill has assumed responsibility for the company's operational activities and development of its field teams. Additionally, he provides oversight on the company's financial responsibilities and product sales. Under Bills guidance Cenova has successfully scaled its operational capacity from a localized, to a regional solution, successfully built countless partnerships and emerged as a go to supplier of de-icing materials in the Philadelphia market. Bill has earned and maintained the (CSP) Certified Snow Professional designation.

In advance to his role in founding Cenova, Mr. Blum enjoyed a successful career as a chef and successfully owned and operated 4 Seasons Landscape and Tree Service.

Dave is an exterior services expert with an extensive history of experience in developing and delivering snow and ice management, and landscaping solutions to commercial property owners and managers at the local, regional and national levels. In his capacity with Cenova, Dave holds responsibility to coordinate the organizations operational, sales and technology efforts with a focus on overall corporate development and growth.

Prior to joining Cenova Mr. Magill has had an extensive background in the exterior services industry. During his career he played a critical role in the emergence to national prominence of Lipinski Landscape and Irrigation, and went on to hold leadership roles with leading companies providing facility services to the national retail sector

Dave holds a Bachelor's Degree in Ornamental Horticulture from Delaware Valley University, and has previously been recognized as a Certified Snow Professional (CSP) by the Snow and Ice Management Association, and is a NJ Certified Nursery and Landscape Professional.

A true veteran of the exterior services industry, Debbie holds 20 plus years of history in building and managing client relationships relating to the delivery of landscape and winter weather services, making her a valuable asset to our team. Ms.Comyn's depth of experience includes efforts in sales, estimating, contract management, and quality assurance. In her role with Cenova, she is focused on business development, customer satisfaction and quality assurance.

Previous to accepting a role with Cenova, Debbie was a long-term leader at Lipinski Landscape and Irrigation, and Merit Service Solutions. Most recently she held a quality assurance and customer satisfaction position with a national provider of exterior facility services.

Sandy has over 15 years of experience in facilitating customer relationships in the exterior services sector. Her ability to facilitate services in a seamless fashion with a commitment to delivering responsive and transparent communication has been a cornerstone to her success. At Cenova Sandy plays a critical role in the coordination and development of our field teams as well as ensuring service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Before joining Cenova Ms. Lockhead held a key role, for over 10 years, where she managed regional and national accounts, as well as held vendor recruitment responsibilities for Lipinski Landscape and Irrigation as well as its successor Merit Service Solutions.
